Welcome. I'm Daniel Abela (He/They), a dedicated psychologist and PhD researcher at Monash University, where I also serve as a postgraduate Teaching Associate. With a Master’s degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, with a focus on fostering growth and positive outcomes for my clients.

I have extensive experience working therapeutically with individuals across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of psychological difficulties. My services include.
Therapy
I provide evidence-based therapy for individuals facing social, cognitive, emotional, and developmental challenges. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering positive outcomes through a person-centred approach.
Assessments
I specialise in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive assessments, specific learning disorder evaluations, and Autism and ADHD assessments for both children and adults. These assessments help to identify strengths and challenges, guiding effective interventions and support strategies.
